Genarally we take within 10-15hrs to ship most orders depending on what time of the day or night the order was made. This may take longer if orders are made over the weekend or if the order falls over a public holiday.

We have a full return exchange policy. However if your product is damaged in anyway due to the mishandling by the Delivery Company or by Australia Post, We are not held responsable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If you are not happy with your product at all within the first 15 days, we ask that you contact us immediately either via email or Instagram DM and tell us the reason for you wanting to return the product. We will be happy to give you a full refund or exchange if the reason is acceptable.

Unfortunately we dont privide PICK UP orders. We dont have an actual store, We are 100% on-line. We only have a stocking workshop where we stock,stack and pack all our orders to get them ready for dispatch.

At this point in time we unfortunately dont ship outside of Australia, However we do plan to ship outside in the near future.
