SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

We generally take within 24hrs - 2days to organize & pack most orders, If we take longer we will notify you depending on what time of the day or night the order was made. This may take longer if orders are made over the weekend or if the order falls over a public holiday.

Local VIC 2-3 Days .. VIC Metro 2-3 days ..TAS Metro 2-3 days .. NSW Metro 2-3 days ..

QLD Metro 4-6 days .. SA Metro 4-6 days .. WA Metro 4-6 days .. NT Metro 4-6 days.

Home Delivery Service (Local Area*) :

We can deliver your products straight to your doorstep within 24hrs of your purchase order,  NO MATTER THE ORDER SIZE, for ONLY $10.

Orders made before 11.30am can be delivered that same day (unless specified by our staff).

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We have a full return exchange policy. However if your product is damage in anyway due to the mishandling from the delivery company or by Australia Post, we are not responsible for this.

Our policy lasts 7days from the day of delivery arrives to you.

If  7days have gone by since arrival, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error then we will offer you a full refund less the shipping costs or complete replacement exchange.

If you are not happy with your product within the first 7days, Please contact us immediately either via email or Instagram DM and tell us the reason for you wanting to return the product. We will be happy to give you a full refund or exchange if the reason is acceptable.
